Why it’s on the route
Three Monkeys started as a coffee cart in San Blas and now has its own roasting plant. It serves single-origin Peruvian coffee by several methods, including pour-over, with pastries and sandwiches on the side. Baristas talk visitors through beans and brewing, and bags of beans are sold to take home.
