Why it’s on the route
Manos Campesinas was founded in 2021 by Cayo Yude Candia Quispe and his family, who grow coffee in Inkawasi in La Convención and roast it at their own plant in the Sacred Valley. Their first café in Cusco opened in 2024 and walks visitors through each coffee's origin, variety and processing.
