Coffee Culture Roastery

Why it’s on the route

Coffee Culture was founded in Bacolod by German-born roaster Thomas Sproten, who has been roasting there since 2016. He works with Negros producers on processing, sorting and cupping, and roasts both high-grade local coffees and imported specialty green beans. The roastery is paired with a small sensory café where its coffees can be tasted.
