Why it’s on the route

Linear describes itself as more a coffee-tasting bar and roastery than a café, roasting seasonal coffees from East Africa, the Americas and the Philippines and supplying shops around Metro Cebu. Owner Lanz Mirondo works directly with local farmers. The menu leans on cold brew, milk-steeped cold brew and cascara, sugar isn't stocked, and it was named Best Coffee in SunStar's Best of Cebu 2017.
