Coffee Madness is an open-air café on a family lot on the northern outskirts of Cebu City, opened in 2012 by Ralph Dale Alfonso. Alfonso, who holds SCAE sensory certification and trained in roasting through a CQI course, initially served coffees from roasters around the Philippines before starting to roast his own beans.
