APE Coffee began roasting its own specialty coffee weekly in 2019 and offers twelve varieties from origins such as Ethiopia, Honduras, Nicaragua and Kenya. The café opened in central Braga in 2017 and moved in 2023 into the Setra building near the cathedral, which it shares with an art gallery and a bar.
