Combi started as a coffee van, a restored 1975 Mercedes, and now roasts on a Joper BR5 Premium, with a weekly roasting day and windows that let guests watch. The café serves espresso, pour-over and the Mazagran, a cold espresso drink with lemon and soda. Dark wood and plenty of greenery give it a cozy feel.
