Why it’s on the route

Von&Vonnie roasts on a Stronghold S7 Pro, with Morgan von Mantripp at the roaster, and focuses on methodical sourcing and coffees from women producers. About eight coffees are offered on a given day, such as a natural Sumatra and a washed Huehuetenango, brewed as pour-over and espresso. The café is bright, with white walls, marble tables and a small bakery.
