Why it’s on the route
Mistral was founded in 2017 by Greg Schuler and Agata Mikulska as Mallorca's first specialty roastery, and roasts seasonal, traceable coffees in small batches on a 12 kg Probat. Green coffee often comes straight from farms and cooperatives in Kenya, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Brazil and Costa Rica, and the menu centres on V60 filter alongside espresso. The Plaça de Weyler café sits in a former jewellery shop with a terrace and an upstairs room.
