Osom Nou opened in January 2025 in Poblenou and roasts its own coffee in-house, buying green beans from European distributors and changing the lineup continuously. Espresso comes off a La Marzocco KB90, while filter coffee is made on a Moccamaster and V60. The team designed the room themselves in stainless steel, wood and cement.
