Why it’s on the route
Amoret roasts small batches in the back room of its Pembridge Road café, on an in-house Giesen according to Sprudge. Owner Sadiq opened the first Amoret in Hammersmith in 2016, and the Notting Hill shop serves V60 pour-overs of single origins such as natural Indonesian and Ethiopian lots. The space is a slim ground-floor bar with a light upstairs room.
