Why it’s on the route

Ozone roasts single origins on a 22kg vintage Probat in the basement of its Leonard Street café, with blends roasted at Has Bean, which Ozone also owns. A single origin rotates monthly and can be had as V60, Aeropress, syphon or espresso, plus a daily batch brew. The room is large with booths and a basement, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails.
