Why it’s on the route
Arctos is owned by Jason Everman, who took over a Spokane espresso shop in 2013 and started roasting about two years later in a garden shed. In 2018 he opened this café and roastery in a renovated 1,400-square-foot former auto-body shop in the Logan neighbourhood near Gonzaga, roasting on a Diedrich next to the bar. It is known for house espresso blends and white coffee.
