Roast House was founded in Spokane in 2010 by Deb Di Bernardo and Jim Haynes, with organic-certified, sustainably farmed coffees at its core; since 2020 it has been run by managing partners Aaron and Allison Jordan. The Cleveland Avenue roastery has a tasting room rather than a full café, where you can try single origins and blends next to the roasters; its F-Bomb cold brew is a local staple.
