Why it’s on the route
Post Coffee was started in 2014 by Levi Holland and Tanner Stevens, roasting in a garage for the Lee's Summit farmers market, and opened its café in Chipman Commons on New Year's Day 2015. They roast in-house on a drum roaster, with direct-trade coffees such as their Colombian Recuerdo, and serve pour-overs, espresso and cold brew.
