Why it’s on the route
Blueprint Coffee was founded around 2013 by six partners including Mike Marquard and Kevin Reddy, and the Delmar shop was its first coffee bar and roastery. Roasting has since moved to a larger facility, but Delmar remains the original café, serving espresso and pour-overs presented in Erlenmeyer flasks alongside the house Tekton blend.
