Why it’s on the route
Coffeestamp was founded by brothers Patrick and Spencer Clapp from Tegucigalpa, Honduras, who began roasting in 2018 and opened this Fox Park café in 2020 in a century-old former auto repair shop they renovated themselves. A restored factory belt carries green coffee up to the roaster on the second floor, and the bar pours Honduran coffees, including from friends' farm Finca la Alondra in Lepaterique, as espresso, batch brew and pour-over.
