Why it’s on the route
Burlaep's café occupies the front of its print and apparel warehouse on East 11th Street, sharing the building with screen printing and outdoor-inspired retail. It does not roast, instead rotating guest roasters such as SEY and Dak, with pour-over on the menu, and the large room is a comfortable place to work.
