Why it’s on the route

Goodman Coffee Roasters was founded by Ian Goodman, who earlier started Chattanooga's Greyfriars Coffee, and Aric Annear, formerly of Seattle's Fremont Coffee, bringing decades of roasting experience between them. They hand-roast each coffee to its own profile on a 10-kilo drum roaster at their St. Elmo roastery, without automated profiling software. The Warehouse Row café downtown serves their coffees as espresso and pour-over.
