Collective Espresso

Why it’s on the route

Collective Espresso is a multi-roaster bar co-founded by Dustin Miller, which began in Over-the-Rhine and opened this 500-square-foot Northside shop in December 2014. It has rotated coffees from Deeper Roots, Madcap, Four Barrel and other roasters, with Quills espresso, served on a Synesso alongside Kalita Wave pour-overs. The small, maple-lined room has a glass front and puts the barista at the centre.
