Why it’s on the route

Courier is Joel Domreis's small downtown roastery café, where he roasts every batch himself. The counter is split down the middle with Soen, Sakiko Setaka's Japanese kitchen, so cortados served in small jars and iced coffee over hand-cut ice share space with seasonal kakigori and baking, all to a soundtrack of vinyl records.
