Why it’s on the route

Dayglow is a multi-roaster café in East Williamsburg that rotates beans from several well-known roasters and also roasts a couple of its own coffees. The hand-brew menu runs to about ten options on Tone brewers, espresso comes off a Modbar, and flights let you taste roasters side by side. In the evening the same room becomes Niteglow, adding craft beer and cocktails while the espresso bar keeps going.
