Dogwood has roasted in Minneapolis since 2010, and in 2019 moved its roastery and a coffee bar into a former photo studio on Tyler Street in Northeast. The bar runs espresso on a three-group Synesso alongside Modbar pour-over, Chemex and Kalita brewers, with a cupping lab on the roastery side. The company buys directly from growers under the motto 'coffee for others' and backs local projects such as the Wildflyer job-training café.
