Why it’s on the route

Misfit Coffee roasts its own coffees, including single origins, and in 2022 folded its café into the roastery on Humboldt Avenue in the Bryn Mawr neighborhood. The bar pours espresso from a Synesso and Kalita Wave pour-overs, plus seasonal lattes, cocktail-style Kyoto cold drinks and house-made sodas. Open garage doors, big couches, neon signs and a parked motorcycle set the tone.
