Felicitous Coffee & Tea House

Why it’s on the route

Felicitous has served the north Tampa and Temple Terrace area for well over a decade and was taken over by Corrinne and Paul Liou around 2022. All of its coffee and espresso is roasted in-house under its Treehouse Roasters label, and beans are sold by the bag and ground to order. Visits come with a brick patio, garden seating, local art and a small shop of teas and goods.
