Why it’s on the route

Hardy Coffee Co. is owned by Autumn and Luke Pruitt, who ran the Bliss bakery in the Old Market from 2010 and launched roasting under the Hardy name in 2015. They roast on a 10-kilo Mill City machine at their North Omaha roastery and café, buying mainly through importers with some direct producer relationships, and pair the coffee with house-baked goods.
