Meadowlark Coffee opened on Earth Day 2005 in Lincoln's Near South neighbourhood and has since begun roasting in-house on a San Franciscan SF-6. The shop serves espresso and pour-over with baked goods made on site, and doubles as a community space with board games, open mics and live music.
