Mildfire is a husband-and-wife roastery café run by Mark and Tricia Sobhani on Huebner Road in north San Antonio. Ethically sourced single origins are roasted on site to light and medium profiles and served as espresso drinks and house specialties such as an Aztec Mocha, in a homey, retro-styled room with indoor seating.
