Greater Goods was founded in 2015 by Trey Cobb and Khanh Trang, and its East Austin flagship on East 5th Street doubles as the company's roastery and training centre. A Loring roaster sits in view of the café, and the bar pairs espresso with batch brew and pour-overs ground on an EK43. The converted steel building has a patio and hosts cuppings and latte art throwdowns.
