Night Swim is a Charlotte roaster from the group behind Not Just Coffee and Undercurrent, and its 2022 flagship on Old Pineville Road in lower South End is both roastery and café. Coffees, mostly from Red Fox and Osito, are roasted on site on a Loring Falcon, and the room keeps its concrete floors and pitched wood ceiling with bold colour and a disco ball.
