Why it’s on the route
Ox Coffee opened on South 3rd Street in Queen Village in 2012, founded by Max and Will, the latter a former Stumptown roaster. It first served Stumptown but has roasted its own coffee off-site since 2017, pulling espresso from its house blend and serving filter from a second blend or single origin, and the narrow shop leads back to a small sheltered garden.
