Why it’s on the route

Thank You Thank You is a small multi-roaster café that opened in 2022 in an 1860 corner building on Jewelers' Row, a block from Washington Square. The rotating menu has featured roasters like Sey, April and Coava, brewed as espresso on a La Marzocco GS3, as Kalita Wave or batch drip, and as AeroPress iced coffee by the cup. The shop is gratuity-free and furnished largely with secondhand wares.
