Why it’s on the route

Penstock started in 2009 as OQ Coffee, co-founded by Jessica Schellack and her partner Ben, and took its current name in 2018. The Highland Park roastery café focuses on direct relationships with producers, and the bar has long put an emphasis on brewing education. It is an easy stop from New Brunswick.
