Big Creek is run by roaster Randy Lint, a former lawyer, who roasts on two Diedrich machines in a warehouse a few miles outside Hamilton that also hosts cuppings and classes. The 1,200-square-foot café on Main Street pours espresso from a La Marzocco Linea and pour-overs on a Beehouse bar, mostly medium roasts; a Kenya Gatuya scored 93 at Coffee Review.
