Why it’s on the route
Rostov's traces back to Carytown Coffee & Tea, opened by Jay Rostov in 1979; his daughter Tammy took over in 1998, renamed it and moved it to West Main Street in the Fan in 2003. Coffee is still roasted in-house, and the shop is a long-standing local stop for beans and tea.
