Why it’s on the route

Ruzo opened in North Boulder in February 2024, and its owner roasts organic, specialty-grade coffee every week. The house roasts carry Japanese names (Fuji for espresso, Kiku for drip, Botan for cold brew and Sakura for decaf), alongside Arteao teas from family farms in Japan. Japanese rice crackers and mochi sit on the counter, and the wall art changes every three months.
