Second State Coffee

Why it’s on the route

Second State began in 2012 as Black Tap Coffee, a downtown bar on Beaufain Street co-founded by Jayme Scott, and took its current name in 2018 as the roasting side grew. It roasts mostly washed, clean and balanced coffees on a Loring at its own roastery; this sunny original shop in Harleston Village has a relaxed neighbourhood feel.
