Why it’s on the route

PERC began when owner Philip Brown roasted in the former cooler of Savannah's Starland Dairy and delivered coffee by bike; it now roasts at a larger headquarters on East Broad Street. The roastery bar there reopened in 2022 with a glitter counter and reclaimed-wood furniture, pouring over on Clever drippers and offering side-by-side flights of coffees from a single producer.
