Why it’s on the route
Indah began as a wholesale roaster around 2010 and in 2017 moved its roastery into a 4,500-square-foot 1940s building in Cottontown, opening its first café there. Roast profiles are tailored bean by bean, and the bar offers espresso from a Victoria Arduino Black Eagle along with Chemex, V60, AeroPress and French press.
