Why it’s on the route
Sky Coffee is a Railyard multi-roaster café led by Todd Spitzer, formerly of Iconik, set in the old railyard welders' supply building across from the farmers market. It brews guest roasters' coffees as espresso on a Slayer, Hario V60, French press and batch brew. The compact room opens onto a large covered, heated deck, with a retired vintage caboose for extra seating.
