Why it’s on the route
Spiller Park was started by Richmond coffee veteran Dale Donchey with a stall at Ponce City Market in 2015. Its fourth shop, SP4, opened in 2024 on South Downtown's Hotel Row in one of Atlanta's oldest buildings, a narrow shotgun storefront that keeps its penny-tile floor, pressed-metal walls, tin ceiling and inlaid 'Imperial Cafe' entry tiles. Coffee comes with toasts, pastries and sandwiches.
