Thump is a farm-to-cup roaster from Bend, Oregon, and its Denver café sits on East 13th Avenue in Capitol Hill. The dimly lit room of exposed wood and long tables has plenty of seating for studying or meeting up. The menu is built around a short list of signature roasts such as the North Fork blend and a Guatemalan coffee, served as espresso drinks and batch brew, with kombucha and beer on tap.
