Why it’s on the route

Zendo was founded in 2013 by Pilar Westell in downtown Albuquerque. The bright room has white walls, rows of skylights and plenty of houseplants, with local art shows that change monthly and a covered patio shared with the brewery next door; the menu leans on lattes such as the Aztec and Turkish.
