Why it’s on the route

Capella roasts on site in a quiet lane near West Lake in Tay Ho, and its reputation rests on that roasting. Single origins from Kenya, Ethiopia, Costa Rica and Nicaragua go into filter brews and espresso, and the Phin Blend mixes Vietnamese Arabica with several of those origins. The room is bright and spacious, with art on the walls, wooden furniture and big windows onto the garden.
