Why it’s on the route
RAAW was started in 2019 by Nguyen Phuong Linh, a Q Arabica Grader and judge at the 2024 Vietnam Barista Competition, as a small roastery buying directly from smallholders. It works only with Vietnamese coffee, from Son La, Da Lat and Dak Lak, including Lam Ha Robusta and Quang Tri Liberica; the Phuot set compares four regions side by side. The Hang Buom café is a renovated French colonial house with high ceilings and a balcony.
