Why it’s on the route
Every Half was founded by Tran Le Minh Truc and roasts on Giesen machines, a W1A for samples and a W6A for production, buying directly from farmers in the Central Highlands. Its light-to-medium roasts put Vietnamese Robusta and Liberica in the spotlight, and its Fine Robusta from Cu M'gar, Dak Lak won Gold for Robusta filter coffee at the Global Coffee Awards 2025 (Origin Edition). The 2025 Thao Dien flagship is bright, with stainless bars, pale wood and greenery, serving single-origin pour-overs, espresso and cold brews.
