Edition roasts single-origin and estate coffees on site and offers batch brew, pour-over, AeroPress, Japanese drip and cold brew. The dark, timber-beamed room seats about 60 and draws on Japanese mountain-house and Scandinavian design. Alongside the coffee are bento boxes, open sandwiches and, on Friday evenings, natural wine.
