SNACK! is a small Plovdiv café founded by Stoyan Kostanev, known locally as Tyanata, that selects and roasts its own beans, which also supply 43.12 in Varna. It leans on classic espresso and hospitality, sells around twenty coffees for home brewing and serves pour-over, and its windows look over the Maritsa river. The café placed 44th in The World's 100 Best Coffee Shops for 2026.
