Chucky's Coffee House

Why it’s on the route

Chucky's began as a Sofia café serving beans from several roasters before it started roasting its own at a roastery south of the city. It looks for unusual and sometimes experimental lots, rotating about 80% of the beans each month, and serves V60, AeroPress and espresso. The Hristo Belchev café is small and cosy, a block from Vitosha Boulevard.
