Mofer is an Ethiopian-run cafe that air-roasts a handful of bean varieties on site, with bags roasted light, medium or dark to order in about seven minutes. Coffee is brewed steep-and-filter by the cup, and cold brew steeps for 24 hours in the basement. The interior is quiet and modern, with hand-painted ceramics on handmade shelves.
